What are you grateful for TODAY?
A happy new week to you 😉
Don’t forget living right is the only pass to making heaven!
Be heavenly cautious by doing the things that please God. You can miss everything on earth, but please, do not miss heaven.
Today, I want to ask you an important question, and I want you to go deep in thoughts for like 10 seconds before you answer… What are you grateful for?
When I was around ten years old, I was playing football with my friends then suddenly; the ball fell inside a well. My friends told me, Samantha, “you can get the ball for us (The well is not deep)!” All you need to do is put your legs on each side of the well and stretch; you will get the ball.
Immediately, I went, followed their instructions since they were my friends, and before I knew it, I was fell inside the well and was drowning. My friends started screaming for help.
Within 40 seconds, a man came over; in my semi-dead state, I heard him say, “Raise your hands’ girl… I raised my hands to him, and He was able to pull me out. God saved me.
Hey, what are you grateful for today? When I was deep in thoughts reminiscing about this great miracle today, the Holy Spirit whispered to me and said, If God can save you, then, what power does Covid-19 have over you now?
If indeed God has been faithful to you, it’s time for you to show gratitude for the good things He had done in the past. Appreciate him for the best things He has done for you in the PAST. Put aside your worries and celebrate his faithfulness. If He did it before for you, He could do it again.
In the book of Luke 17:11-19, the Bible talked about ten lepers who were healed by our Lord Jesus Christ… Do you remember it was only one who came back to thank Him for the great things? After the one leper was healed, He remembered all the bad times; he was segregated from the whole region all because he was suffering from leprosy. He came back, spared a few seconds to say thank you to our Lord Jesus Christ.
What are you grateful for? No matter how severe the pandemic is, our God can do more than we can ever imagine. It’s time to take a few minutes to thank Him for that “one thing” He did for you, your spouse and your household.
As I was thanking God this morning, this was the song I used to in showing my gratitude (you can download it here).
All through this week, thank God for something daily, and I assure you, his covenant over your life will surely come to pass. God Bless you this week!
