After you have prayed, what next?

Business Growth Strategy Family Marriage Mother's Section 66

What do you do after you pray? Sit? wait? or what? On the last week of the Month, God was speaking to me from a particular passage in the Bible!

John 11: 1-44, it is the story of Lazarus!

Now, the bible says, that Lazarus was sick and his two sisters(Mary and Martha) sent a message to Jesus that their brother was sick.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said this in verse 4 of that Chapter, “Lazarus’s sickness will not end in death!”

Now, in verse 11 of the same chapter, Jesus said, “Our Friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, I will go and wake him up!”

Now, If you read up you will see Lazarus was in a town where Jesus was almost stoned the last time He visited. His Disciples called His attention to this in verse 8!

Jesus proceeded to Bethany and when He got there, He was told Lazarus had already been in the grave for four days.

In verse 23 of that of John after Martha ran to Jesus, told Him if he had been there, Lazarus would have not died. Jesus looked at her said, “Your brother will rise again!”

Then in verse 40, the bible says, Jesus looked up, thanked the father for always hearing Him( prayed).

Then in verse 43, Jesus said, “Lazarus, come out!”

Now, take a few minutes to check out the parts I highlighted… There is something I want you to see in the words!

As you go through it in your mind, I want you to check out this too..

The book of Mathew 8: 5-7- Talked about the story of the Centurion whose servant was sick. Then Jesus told him, “I will come and heal him!”

In verse 8, the centurion said, I am not worthy to ask you to come to my, just say the word, and my servant will receive his healing!”

When Jesus heard this, He was amazed and told the Roman Officer (centurion), because you believed, it has happened!

Now, if I may ask you, after you must have prayed, what should you do?

You should speak the WORD!

Prayer is the first step to a miracle but speaking the word is the key to sealing your miracle. Jesus spoke positive words before going to heal Lazarus. After He had prayed to the Father, He still spoke the word.

The centurion understood the mystery of the spoken word and when He told Jesus, the bible says, our Lord Jesus was amazed and He commanded healing into the life of his servant by speaking the word.

How often do you speak the word after praying? When you are expecting healing, wake up every day and say, “you headache you are gone!” “You stomach pain, you are gone.” I know you are gone because I know I have been healed.

If you are going through financial struggles, wake up every morning and command financial miracles into your life. Speak it with boldness that I will never be stranded in life. I will never be poor! I am financially grounded for the rest of my life.  I will have more than enough to do what I want to do. After you pray every day in this month, speak positive words to your life and I assure you it will come to pass.

Every day in this month, speak positive words after you must have prayed!

A happy new month to you 🙂
